
Do you know the difference between margarine and butter?

Comparison butter and margarine:
- Both have the same amount of calories.
- Butter is slightly higher in saturated fats

- Eating butter increases the absorption of many nutrients that
found in other foods.
- Butter has many nutritional benefits where margarine
has only those they are added to make it.
- Butter tastes much better than margarine and
enhance the flavors of other foods.
- Butter has been for centuries where margarine has less than 100 years

Now on margarine. Very high in trans fatty acids. (Yes, those
now scientists recently discovered that they are very bad and governments began to ban
).
Triple risk of coronary heart disease: Increases total cholesterol and
LDL (bad cholesterol) and lowers HDL (good cholesterol).
increases by five times the risk of cancer. Lowers quality of breast milk.
Decreases immune response. Decreases insulin response.
And here's the most disturbing (
- Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE from being PLASTIC ....!!
This fact alone is sufficient to prevent the use of margarine for life and
anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added,
which change the molecular structure of substances).
You can try this: buy a tub of margarine and leave
your garage or shaded area. Within a few days notice two things:
- No flies, not even those pesky go near it (this
should tell you something).
- does not rot or smell differently because it has nutritional value
nothing grows in it. Even the tiny organisms can grow
it. Why? Because it is nearly plastic!
Would you melt your Tupperware and spread that on toast?
